This is what I eat in my office

Took a coupon and headed down to Cuappage S-11 again.

Have Dan-Dan noodles (担担面) at a discounted price...keke

DINNER

Had Fuzhou Noodles...but felt the stall's standard has dropped significantly..


This is the Yan Jiao (燕饺) or Rou Yan (肉燕). I think the soup one are still the best...But I don't think you can find good one in Singpaore anymore.

This is how authentic Yan Jiao (燕饺) or Rou Yan (肉燕) looks like...

The fillings inside...chives and minced meat...

Hand-made noodles. I remember I ate the real tangy hand-made noodles...very 弹牙
