Saturday morning, we would usually order MacDonalds Breakfast delivery on weekend morning. This was no different from the other weekend morning.

Decided to go light. So I only ate one bowl of 75's ah balling.

For those who are not aware, you must have been wondering, why is it called 75 Ah Balling. The 1st and original stall was and still is at Golden Mile Hawker Centre, the stall number is 75.

This stall has been there for slightly about 30 years already. I was already eating them when i was very young. The owner of the stall was then a old uncle. All the ah ballings were hand-made. He would not be bothered by the long queue infront of his stall, he insisted on doing it slowly and steadily. It was very professional of him. Taking over is his son, who started branches all over Singapore.

They have add in new fillings now, but I still lkke the original peanut and red bean fillings. Very 古早味.
